Games and sports are indoor and outdoor activities involve both physical and mental
effort. It involves in the overall growth and development of the children. People who do not involve in the physical activities can be weak physically and mentally, even they easily get diseases in early age. They are generally advised by the doctors to follow healthy life style and must add yoga, exercises, games, sports, etc to be fit and healthy.Parents should motivate their kids to involve in the indoor or outdoor games. Indoor games are like chess, carrom board, badminton, ludo, cards games, table tennis, etc. Outdoor games are like cricket, football, tennis, kabaddi, race, high or low jump, etc. Games and sports are very interesting and entertaining for the people who are interested. It is very necessary for the busy people (going to office, business, etc) to involve in some type of physical activities and then sports are best. They generally spend most of the day time by sitting or standing and night time by sleeping, thus they completely lack physical activities. Playing sports freshen the whole body including mind as well as it releases toxins from the whole body in the form of sweat. It reduces the aging in early age and keeps youthful for long time.
Now-a-days, most of the people are suffering from overweight, obese, obesity and many other health issues only because of their sedentary lifestyle and completely lack of physical activities. Lots of work pressure but no sports or games, actually decreases our body and mind capacity. So, we should know the importance and value of games and sports and include at least one of them in our life.
